Tortora Brayda Institute, an international non-profit organization for the development of multi-stakeholder partnerships, today announced that it is hosting the AI for Good Innovation Factory competition in Silicon Valley. The organization will solicit submissions from artificial intelligence entrepreneurs, innovators and AI companies established across the United States.
AI for good is the United Nations’ leading action-oriented platform on AI, always available year-round, offering weekly programming across multiple formats and time zones, including lectures, expert webinars, presentations projects, Q&A, performances, demos, interviews, networking and more. AI for Good identifies practical applications of AI to accelerate progress towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and establishes collaboration to help these applications achieve global impact.
AI for Good Innovation Factory 2021 is a UN-based pitching platform to help start-ups grow and scale their innovative solutions based on AI and SDGs, connecting them with business partners potentials, investors, governments, large IT companies and more.
The call for applications is now open for the Silicon Valley Innovation Factory competition.
Companies are encouraged to submit their application along with a 4-minute video before October 1, 2021. A jury will draw up a shortlist of the most promising teams, who will be invited for a live, open pitch session. The best teams will qualify for the Grand Pitching Finale in December, where the winner will be announced at the end of the AI for Good competition.
