SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) – San Francisco Police are investigating a shooting in downtown 6th and Market that has reportedly left one dead.
San Francisco Police did not release details of the incident, but an Investigations Commander confirmed that police were working on a shootout near that intersection. Traffic is impacted in the region.

The SFMTA has confirmed that police activity is impacting Muni’s lines on Market Street.

According to several media, at least three people were shot dead in the incident shortly before 5 p.m.
One person is believed to have died and the other two people injured in the shooting suffered non-fatal injuries.
